Starting swimming lessons at a young age is a fantastic way to build water familiarity, but taking a break can sometimes mean hitting a slight roadblock. That was the case for one of our young swimmers, Nash, who first fell in love with the water when he was just one year old.
After taking a break over the winter months, his parents noticed a big shift when he returned to the pool: Nash had lost much of his confidence and was struggling to stay focused during his lessons.
