On Friday the 12th of January, The Cotton Tree Aquatic Centre proudly hosted the Premier of Queensland, Steven Miles, accompanied by his team and daughter.
It’s no surprise that there was a particular buzz and excitement around the facility during this visit. We thoroughly enjoyed hosting the Premier and his team which also included a professional photographer to capture this honourable moment. This visit not only showcased the premier's commitment to engaging with the community but also emphasised the importance of recreational facilities like ours in promoting well-being and fostering connections within the community.
